Intimate Betrayal is merely based upon a fictional love story about a young woman name, Cheryl Fowler. Whom experiences dramatic and overwhelming changes throughout her entire life. She was born and raised in the rural state of Gaston, Mississippi. Where she had to grow up in a broken home. Which at first, was a holy place. But later,  became possessed with demons. After she had witnessed her mother's brutal murder that was performed by her psychotic father. Whom lost his mind after fighting in the war over in Vietnam. As time progressed on, he became an crazed and highly addicted alcoholic. And abused  Cheryl's mother without a purpose.Suddenly, her mother became fed up with being pushed around. So she had crept around town with another man.One day, Cheryl's father found out and murdered her mother. When  Cheryl had felt that she had seen the worst of things. Life took a smooth turn down easy street. To allow her to feel and see what true INTIMACY was all about. Because she soon forgot; after she had watched her mother pass right before her own eyes!

Along came a stranger who had stood beside her.To wipe her tears away. That she had met at the local mall. Then became involved, sexually, with him in a relationship.Things were going great, but there was a past. For which her dream lover tried to escape from? That Cheryl didn't know anything about. It all turned out, that he had a violent ex-girlfriend. Whom wanted to destroy their perfect friendship. Even though, she had already had an new acquaintance in her life. Maybe it was out of rage or the usual betrayal: Whatever her idiotic reason was...the two surely found out.

On down the road, Cheryl met a slim and humble female buddy of her boyfriend's. Her name was Shantae Malean. Only, she was battling with a drug addiction and playing in the game  for fools. When she had an affair with her best friend's fiance`. Then busted in on their wedding ceremony to ruin their most important day ever! So, that she could show her love and comapssion for her friend's husband! Meanwhile, another friend of Cheryl and Shan prayed. She prayed for peace amongst them, but couldn't seem to hold them together. Is it really worth their lives ro fight over men; that weren't their's to begin with? Eitherway, all four of the beautiful young African young ladies continued to take it day by day. As they slowly ease through and battle with the challenges thrown at them. And no matter how tough and difficult life became. Cheryl remembered her mother's philosophy,
